Yikes, our AC crashed just before he onset of hot weather and a service appointment was scheduled. James came and found and resolved the issue, working at both the furnace end and the outside unit until he was satisfied that everything was in good running order. He took the time to explain what had been done and informed us what to expect as the unit worked to remove built-up humidity and lower the temperature to a comfortable level. He was right on........ I don't think that our AC has ever run properly. Air flow has always been weak, and temperature control has always been substandard. I can't believe the difference that this service call made.

I would like to thank Sasha for his service, expertise and knowledge! He took time after our yearly heat pump inspection to answer general yet concerning questions with "this old house" and air flow. We will now be expecting to see this company in the near future for another project. #1 for heat and air-conditioning!

Used these guys for duct cleaning on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. They had a cancellation and offered to come early, but didn't insist on it. I accepted. The two guys who showed up were very friendly, chatty and my pets loved them. They took their time, did a thorough job, showed me two vents that had to just do with a Shop-Vac and not the brush and why (totally understandable) and when complete, showed me before and after photos they took while doing the job. They also straight up told me that while it was good to get this done as it had never been done here, they also were honest and told me I can probably go several years without needing it done again. Quite pleased!

Not the best experiences so far. I chose this company because the person who owned my home before me was using them and their reputation seems good. I have just used them for routine maintenance of my furnace and a/c. The first time they serviced my furnace they did not reconnect something properly so there was a slow water leak after the servicing. They did come back and fix it free of charge and admitted the service technician did not hook things back up right. Today I was scheduled to have my a/c serviced and waited the 2 hour windows, and 1.5 hrs into the window called to see where they were and they said I was scheduled for a later time which was different than what my email confirmation 2 days before said.

Friendly and honest staff

Hired for complete HVAC in new construction. They showed up after the plumber and ripped down all of his PEX clips and threw them all over the floor. Also cut drain pipes by "accident". The building inspector was less than impressed with their duct work and joint sealing. 6 months into winter the furnace was not keeping up with the cold. Service tech came out and could not diagnose problem. A few weeks later another tech came out and asked if I had played with the propane valve - which I had not. Tech said that the valve was about to fall out and had been leaking propane into the house the entire time - but not to worry since the service call would be covered. I complained to head office how unacceptable this was, that they endangered my wife and 2 young daughters. After weeks I received a message saying they would give me free one time servicing of my furnace - ya right, stay out of my house. I hired many different contractors to build my house and these guys were by far the worst.

We couldn’t be happier with the HVAC work Morgan did on our home! He went above and beyond, working overtime to make sure everything was done to perfection. Morgan is incredibly hardworking, and he genuinely cares about his clients. He even helped us prevent potential freezing issues by advising us to turn on the heaters during a critical time. Every time he leaves, he makes sure all the lights are turned off, showing his attention to detail. And when we had an issue with a door that kept swinging open, he solved it ingeniously with just a few supplies on hand. We’re grateful for his expertise, dedication, and all the extra steps he took to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Fabulous and reliable company! They installed my furnace and provided additional advice and support in a professional and friendly way. Our furnace died on a very cool night. Carleton was quick to respond and have a tech come over immediately to assess. The professional provided us with a few options for a new furnace and a quote was provided within hours. Although there was confusion about the urgency for installation, we had an excellent experience with Carleton once again. Its clear this company prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. The two gentelmen that installed our new furnace performed a fantastic job replacing our old cluky furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. The work was done in a clean environment and in a timely manner. They were very professional, and meticulous and we appreciated their professionalism. In the first place, they actually returned my message. The woman with whom I spoke was friendly, pleasant and competent. The two local companies (Perth) never bothered to return my call asking about an air conditioner repair. They gave a two hour window when the technician would arrive and even emailed me a photo of the employee for security reasons. The young man who came arrived well within that window, was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything very carefully and listed my options in a way that a non-mechanically-inclined person (me) could understand.. My air conditioner is ancient but he didn't give a hard sell to buy a new one. However, when I do have to replace it, I will absolutely use this company. I cannot recommend it more highly! What a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that actually cares about the customer, the way things used to be many years ago!

We reached out to Carleton Refrigeration in May to have central air installed in our home. The staff at Carleton were amazingly accommodating through a few delays (entirely our fault) and issues getting the equipment (Covid's fault.) The office staff were friendly and responsive, and answered our questions quickly. Booking the installation was painless, and they were able to come out much sooner than we had expected. The gentlemen who came out to install the unit were professional and efficient. The unit itself works great, we've had no problem keeping our house comfortable on hot and humid days. We were very impressed with Carleton Refrigeration and are happy we chose them.

He brought the long neglected furnace and air conditioning system in the house I just purchased back to optimum performance and went above and beyond in his efforts to explain everything to me about the process.
